Compass Magnetic Field Sensor -G197- /Vehicle Location Recognition Control Module -J603-: Installation

The magnetic field sensor for compass -G197- includes adhesive tape.

-- Clean the adhesive surface on the roof.

-- Connect the connector -2- to the Compass Magnetic Field Sensor -G197- -1-.

-- Peel off the protective film on the magnetic field sensor for compass -G197-.

Align the magnetic field sensor for compass -G197- with the edge of the roof end -4- and the mark -3-.

-- Firmly press the Compass Magnetic Field Sensor -G197- -1- onto the adhesive surface.

Install in reverse order of removal.

-- Calibrate the compass.
