Test Step 5 - Clear DTCs in the Module Setting the Fault

• With the scan tool, select the module setting the DTC against the HVAC control module.
• Clear Active DTCs.

Is this DTC still active?

Yes

• Replace/update the module that set this DTC. Refer to [For engine(s) CJRA, CGUA, CGVA] Removal and Installation .
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .

No

• Go to Test Step 6 Test Step 6 - Cycle the Ignition .
