Battery Parameterization

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnostic Tester

The technical values of a new battery are transmitted to the battery monitoring when the battery parameterization is performed after a new battery is installed.

- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to => [ Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems ] Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information Systems

- Select "Guided Fault Finding" in Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

- Using the "Go to" button, select the "function/component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Electrical Equipment

• OBD capable systems

• Battery monitoring

• Battery monitoring functions

• Battery parameterization adaptation
