B18B8 - Master Switch - Right Rear Window Switch - Stuck: Notes

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM.

• >>When Monitored:<< At all times.
• >>Set Condition:<< Whenever the module detects a rear right window signal from the master power window switch, for over 30 seconds, this code will set.

Test Step 1 - Test for an Intermittent Condition

• Turn the ignition ON.
• With the scan tool, record and erase DTCs.
• Operate the rear right window up and down several times.
• Wait 30 seconds.
• With the scan tool, check for DTCs.

Does the scan tool display B18B8 - Master Switch - Right Rear Window Switch Stuck?

Yes 

• Go to Test Step 2 - Master Power Window Switch 

No

• The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Operate the switch several more times. If the switch ever sticks, replace it.
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TESTBody Exterior .
