Test Step 7 - (K41) O2 SENSOR 1/1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (Z902) O2 SENSOR 1/1 HEATER GROUND CIRCUIT

• Measure the resistance between the (K41) O2 Sensor 1/1 Signal circuit and the (Z902) O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater ground circuit in the O2 Sensor 1/1 harness connector.

Is the resistance below 100 Ohms?

Yes 

• Repair the short between the (K41) O2 Sensor 1/1 Signal circuit and the (Z902) O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater ground circuit.
• Perform the Powertrain Verification Test. Refer to PCM Verification Test (2009 - 2011) & PCM Verification Test (2012 & Up) .

No 

• Go to Test Step 8 - POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
