Test Step 5 - (K41) O2 SENSOR 1/1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND

• Turn the ignition off.
• Disconnect the PCM C2 harness connector.
• Measure the resistance between ground and the (K41) O2 Sensor 1/1 Signal circuit in the O2 Sensor 1/1 harness connector.

Is the resistance below 100 Ohms?

Yes 

• Repair the short to ground in the (K41) O2 Sensor 1/1 Signal circuit.
• Perform the Powertrain Verification Test. Refer to PCM Verification Test (2009 - 2011) & PCM Verification Test (2012 & Up) .

No 

• Go to Test Step 6 - (K41) O2 SENSOR 1/1 SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE (K902) O2 SENSOR 1/1 RETURN UPSTREAM CIRCUIT
