Rear View Camera: Installing

-- Position the Rear View Camera (RVC) (2) to the mounting bracket (3).

CAUTION:

If a new RVC is being installed, lightly lubricate the threads of the three self-tapping screws (1) as an assembly aid for the screws cutting new threads in the RVC mounting bosses.

-- Install and tighten the three screws that secure the RVC to the mounting bracket. Tighten the screws securely.

-- Position the RVC (2) and mounting bracket to the light bar assembly (1) as a unit.

-- Install and tighten the two screws (3) that secure the camera mounting bracket to the light bar. Tighten the screws securely.

-- Reconnect the light bar wire electrical connector (4) to the RVC.

-- Install the liftgate handle. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery, Disconnecting And Connecting
