Test Step 7 - Rear Headlamp Leveling Sensor

• Replace the Rear Headlamp Leveling Sensor. Refer to [For engine(s) CJRA, CGUA, CGVA] Removal and Installation .
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .
• Ignition on, engine not running.
• With the scan tool, erase DTCs.
• Turn the headlamps on.
• With the scan tool, read DTCs.

Does the DTC reset or is the status Active for this DTC?

Yes 

• Replace High Intensity Discharge Translator (HIDT). Refer to [For engine(s) CJRA, CGUA, CGVA] Removal and Installation .
• Perform the Body Verification Test. Refer to BODY VERIFICATION TEST .

No 

• Test Complete.
