Hose Clamps - Up To 40 mm 3093
Torque Wrench 1331 5-50 Nm VAG1331
A/C Service Station VAS6007A or newer model
Shop Crane - Drip Tray VAS6208
Compressed air gun, commercially available

NOTE:

Extract the refrigerant using the A/C Service Station VAS6007A (or succeeding model).

Environmentally hazardous draining of refrigerant is an offense punishable by law.

There are different versions of the air distribution housing that may differ slightly from the illustrations here. Disassembly and assembly is the same.
