Transmission Control Module -J217-, WITH 1.8L GASOLINE ENGINE: Removing

-- To remove and install, the left front wheel housing liner must be removed. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Press the retaining tabs -arrow- in a downward direction of -arrows- and remove the Transmission Control Module -J217- upward in the direction of -arrow- away from the bracket.

-- Disconnect the connector from the Transmission Control Module -J217-.
