Selector Lever Handle: Removing

-- Move the selector lever into the "D" position.

It is not necessary to pull out the button -arrow- manually. The button locks in the installed position by itself when the handle is removed.

-- Remove the cover.

with a Handle with a Sleeve 

-- Push the plastic part under the handle in the direction of -arrow- and unlock the handle.

-- Cut the clamp under the boot -arrow- with side cutters.

Continuation for All 

-- Disconnect the connector from the cover.

-- Pull the handle up. Do not press the button while doing this.
