Headlamp Washer System, Bleeding

After assembly work or when first operating, headlamp cleaning system must be ventilated to ensure proper function of lift cylinders and spray nozzles.

- Fill the tank for the windshield/headlamp washer system.

- Start the engine.

- Switch the headlamp on.

- Operate the headlamp washer system several times (3 to 5 impulses for every 3-second period).

- Repeat the bleeding procedure until the lift cylinders and spray nozzles function perfectly.
