DSG® Oil Level, Checking: Filling

-- Install the quick release coupling from the Adapter For Oil Filling VAS6262A into the plug hole hand tight.

-- Shake the container before opening.

-- Attach the container to the Adapter For Oil Filling VAS6262A. Be sure to read the instructions, refer to Figure.

-- Connect the Oil Filler Adapter VAS6262 to the quick release coupling.

-- Fill with 1 liter of oil.

If oil leaks out of the hole:

The oil must not be topped off.

-- Allow the excess oil to drain.

-- As soon as the oil has run out (it begins to drip), remove the Adapter For Oil Filling VAS6262A and install the plug with a new seal.

If no oil leaks out of the hole:

-- Add another liter of oil, refer to DSG® OIL LEVEL, CHECKING .

Oil drain and check plug tightening specification: 45 Nm
