NOTE:

Perform a basic setting and an adaptation A/C compressor first start either in Guided Fault Finding or in Guided Functions when installing a new A/C control module -J301-.

Note the following on a vehicle with a Start/Stop System. Refer to START/STOP SYSTEM .

Removing

-- Remove the A/C control / heater control trim (Golf from MY 2009). Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove the screws -arrows- and remove the controls from the center console.

-- Disconnect the connector on the control.

Installing

NOTE:

Perform a basic setting and an adaptation A/C compressor first start either in Guided Fault Finding or in Guided Functions when installing a new A/C control module -J301-.

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the tightening specification 1.5 ± 0.2 Nm for the screws.
