Mounting Strap
- For fuel tank.
Suspended Mount
- Replace if damaged.
Bolt
- 23 Nm
- Always replace.
Retaining Loop
- Replace if damaged.
Exhaust Pipe
Bolt/Nut
- 23 Nm
Suspended Mount
- Replace if damaged.
Rear Muffler
- For repairs, replace each separately.
- Exhaust system, separating and connecting. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, SEPARATING AND CONNECTING .
- Align the exhaust system free of stress. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING .
- Exhaust system, checking for leaks. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
Threaded Connection
- Tighten the threaded connections evenly. Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLED POSITION .
Repair Clamping Sleeve
- For individual replacement of the exhaust pipe and rear muffler.
- Note the installed position. Refer to CLAMPING SLEEVE INSTALLED POSITION .
- Exhaust system, separating and connecting. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, SEPARATING AND CONNECTING .
- Align the exhaust system free of stress. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING .
- Tighten the bolts evenly.
