Short Description

The oil pump can be replaced without removing the transmission. The vehicle must be raised and any covers installed on the bottom front end of the vehicle must be removed. The control arm to strut connection does not need to be separated. The drive axle also does not have to be removed. It is not necessary to perform a "basic setting". Only the Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG®) gear oil and pump cover have to be replaced.
