Rear Window Assembly Overview

- Rear lid
- Sealing lip
- PUR adhesive sealant
- Bead diameter: width = 6.5 mm, height = 10 mm (including pre-coating, residual material on window glass and window flange)
- Minimum curing time, refer to MINIMUM CURING TIME FOR BONDED WINDOWS
- Body flange
- Gap dimension
- Set a constant dimension at the top and sides of 2.5 mm using the adjustment gauge 3371
- Contact for window heater
- Adhesive tape
- Duct tape to hold the rear window in the installation position until the adhesive hardens.
- Distance dimension
The adhesive tape is applied at a distance of 150 mm from the roof edge.
