Parking Assist Control Module: Service and Repair

Parking Aid Control Module (J446), removing and installing

The parking aid control module (J446) is located under the instrument panel on the driver side above the relay panel.

• Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

• Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover.

- Remove the left instrument panel cover on the side. Refer to; Instrument Panel Side Cover, Removing and Installing.

- Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to => [ Instrument Cluster ] Instrument Cluster.

- Remove the left air channel.

- Remove the expanding rivets - arrows - on the parking aid control module (J446) - 1 -.






- Remove the parking aid control module (J446) - 1 - out toward the rear and down out of the bracket - 2 -.

- Disconnect the connectors.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
