2011 Vehicles - Radio Code Retrieval

On New 2011 MY vehicles, the radio code retrieval test plan may not retrieve the radio code. Likewise, there may be no communication to the radio through the scan tool to retrieve the serial number. The scan tool software 18.04.00 addresses this concern, and will allow communication through Vehicle Self Diagnosis to retrieve the serial number so that the radio code can be obtained through ELSA.
