All Vehicles - Unable to View Diagnostic (GFF) Logs with Internet Explorer 9
If unable to view diagnostic logs on a computer using Internet Explorer 9, the compatibility settings may need to be changed. Once Internet Explorer is opened, select the 'Tools' menu. A drop down will appear and "Compatibility View Settings' should be selected. A pop up window will appear as shown below. Make sure the box marked 'Display all websites in Compatibility View' is checked. Close the box and Internet Explorer. Retry to open the diagnostic log.
