SERVICE INFORMATION

2011-2015 All models (except Routan)- AC Compressor Replacement, Refrigerant Circuit Flushing Requirement

When replacing the Air Conditioning compressor it is necessary to flush the entire system to remove all the PAG oil. Replacement AC compressors come with a full charge of oil. Any time another compressor is installed with a different vendor (Sanden to Denso) it is necessary to replace all the oil in the system to the new vendor type PAG oil.

NOTE: AC Compressors come with a full oil charge, after flushing the refrigerant circuit no oil needs to be added during recharging. Always verify the oil amount in the new AC compressor.
Vendor PAG Part Number
Sanden G 052.154.A2
Denso G 052.300.A2

Use of the ROB134APF Air Conditioning Service System with VAS 6337/1A Air Conditioning System Flushing Device is recommended; however use of other brand equipment or subletting is also acceptable.
