Tightening Specifications
Jetta from MY 2005 through 2010, Jetta Sport Wagon (US)/Jetta Wagon (Canada) MY 2008 through 2009, Jetta Sport Wagon (US)/Golf Wagon (Canada) from MY 2010 through 2013
Engine: 1.4L TSI
The -arrows- point to the alignment sleeves in the engine.
- M12 - 80 Nm
- If the 18 mm Socket T10179 is used: 65 Nm.
- M10 - 40 Nm
Engines: 1.9L TDI; 2.0L TDI; 2.0L TFSI
The -arrows- point to the alignment sleeve s in the engine.
- M12 -
80 Nm
- If the 18 mm Socket T10179 is used: 65 Nm.
- M10 -
40 Nm
Continuation for all engines
-- Replace all bolts -1- and -2- for the left subframe mount.
-- Install all the new bolt first hand-tight.
-- Attach the bracket -A- to the transmission with the bolts -1- and tighten to 40 Nm + 90°.
-- Tighten the bolts -2- to 60 Nm + 90°.
The transmission bracket can be pried into the correct position using a screwdriver when tightening the bolts -2-.
Engines: 2.0L TDI CR; 2.0L TFSI

80 Nm
- If the 18 mm Socket T10179 is used: 65 Nm.
- M10 -
40 Nm
