Abs Mark 60 EC (Abs/EDL/ASR/Esp) Assembly Overview

- ABS Control Module (w/EDL) -J104-
- Removal and installation, refer to CONTROL MODULE AND HYDRAULIC UNIT, REMOVING .
- Bolt, 2 Nm + 0.8 Nm
- Use new bolts.
- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removal and installation, refer to CONTROL MODULE AND HYDRAULIC UNIT, REMOVING .
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- Master brake cylinder/primary piston circuit to hydraulic control unit.
- Identification: ø 6.5 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1.
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- Master brake cylinder/secondary piston circuit to hydraulic unit.
- Identification: ø 6.5 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1.
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- To left front brake caliper.
- Identification: ø 5.25 mm and tube fitting with thread M 10 x 1.
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- To right front brake caliper.
- Identification: ø 5.25 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1.
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- To left rear brake caliper.
- Identification: ø 5.25 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1.
- Brake Line, 14 Nm
- To right rear brake caliper.
- Identification: ø 5.25 mm and tube fitting with thread M 10 x 1.
- Brake Booster
- Removal and installation, refer to BRAKE BOOSTER .
- Bracket
- After installing, make sure it fits properly.
- Bolt, 8 Nm
- Rubber Insulation
- Bolt, 8 Nm
- Bracket
- Rubber Insulation
- When installing the mount, make sure the rubber insulation does not push out of the bracket.
- Nut, 20 Nm
- Heat Shield
- Nut, 8 Nm
