External Audio Source Connection -R199-

After connecting the battery, check all the vehicle accessories, for example, the radio, the clock, the Comfort packages. Refer to [For transmission(s) 0A4, 02E, 09G, 02Q] [For engine(s) CBTA, CJAA, CBUA] Removal and Installation and/or the Owner's Manual.

The external audio source connection has a 3.5 mm stereo jack.

The external audio source connection is inside the glove compartment in place of the Glove compartment lamp -W6-.

The external audio source connection -2- is inside the center console.

Installed Location: -1- From MY 2011

The external audio source connection -1- is inside the center console storage compartment.

Installed Location: on RNS 315

The external audio source connection -1- is inside the center console storage compartment. It is located on the right side of the front trim at the bottom.

The external audio source connection works with the Radio/RNS that has an "AUX".

Audio signals (generally the headphone output signals) from MP3 players and CD and cassette players can be played in the Radio/RNS at the external audio source connection with the appropriate wiring connection. They can then be played through the vehicle speakers.
