Removal And Installation: Installing

Perform the following:

-- Apply adhesive all the way around at a right angle to the glass.

WARNING:

Window must be installed within 10 minutes, otherwise bonding properties of window adhesive will be impaired.

Do not apply adhesive bead too thickly and do not press windows too firmly on to body flange. Since windows no longer have a sealing lips, surplus adhesive is to be seen in gap area.

With help of two Double Suction Lifter VAG1344 install window in window opening, center and press in onto the spacing lip.
Apply any stickers (for example, for airbag).
