-- Replace the bolts -arrows-.

-- Hand tighten all bolts.

-- Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn.

-- Tighten the bolts to 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn.

-- Replace the bolts -arrows-.

-- Hand tighten all bolts.

-- Tighten the bolts to 20 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn

Reverse Shaft Support to Transmission Housing Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification

Tighten the new bolts for the reverse shaft support -arrow- as follows:

Tightening sequence:

-- Tighten the bolt -a- to 30 Nm.

-- Tighten the bolt -b- (lower illustration) to 25 Nm.

-- Tighten the bolt -c- to 25 Nm.
