Anti-Theft Alarm System, Checking Alarm Sources

The alarm source can be checked after the anti-theft alarm system is triggered (for example vehicle inclination sensor -G384-).

-- Connect the vehicle diagnostic tester. Refer to VEHICLE DIAGNOSIS, TESTING AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS .

-- On the vehicle diagnostic tester, select "Guided Fault Finding  ".

-- Using the "GO TO  " button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body
• Body repair procedures
• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems
• Comfort system
• Functions - central control module for comfort system
• Anti-Theft Alarm System, Checking Alarm Sources
