Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to Description and Operation .

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to "Front Bumper" in Removal and Installation .

-- Remove the fan shroud and fans. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Disconnect all coolant hoses from the radiator.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the center guide -A-.

CAUTION:

To prevent damage to the Air Conditioning A/C) condenser and the refrigerant lines, do not stretch, kink or bend the pipes and hoses.

-- Remove the air guides -3- at the bottom.

-- Remove the bolts -1- from the A/C condenser.

-- Remove the bolts -2- from the radiator mounts.

-- Push the radiator to the rear and remove the radiator mounts (-item 9- in the RADIATOR/COOLANT FAN OVERVIEW .

-- Remove the radiator downward.
