- Tire filling unit VAS 5216
- For safety reasons, all tires on the vehicle should be of the same make and tread design.
- On AWD vehicles, always use tires of the same make and tread design. If not, the center differential can get damaged.
The tire pressures for relevant model are found on a sticker. This sticker is on the inside of the fuel filler door or on the B-pillar.
Note that the tire pressures listed apply to cold tires. Do not reduce tire pressure when the tires are warm.

Adjust tire pressure accordingly.
Spare tire receives highest tire pressure
On models with tire pressure monitor (TPM), the new tire pressures must be adapted. Refer to TIRE PRESSURE VALUES, STORING
Winter tires
If winter tires are mounted, a label informing the customer of the speed limit must be affixed inside the passenger compartment so that it is clearly visible.
On winter tires, the tire pressure must no longer be increased. But this is true only if the winter tires being used are the exact same size as the standard summer tire, and the speed index does not exceed "H". If you deviate from this, then you must follow the tire manufacturer recommendations.
