2009 Jetta, GTI, EOS, Rabbit - Additional Basic Setting After Replacement of ABS Module
Before replacing the ABS module, the 5051/5052 tester software (SW) 14.88 or later must be installed. A new step in the adaptation of long coded modules might require a solenoid pressure calibration. Previous tester SW versions might show and activate the test plan but they will not display the required and the actual pressure values during the test. The test will therefore not finish correctly and cannot be completed. Installing the latest tester SW level is the only solution that will allow the test to run correctly.
