Seals, Gaskets And O-Rings

O-rings, gaskets and seals must be replaced.
Before installing the radial shaft seal, coat the sealing lips and the space between them with sealing grease for seal G 052 128.

The open side of the seal faces the fluid.
Check the transmission fluid level after installing.

CAUTION:

Be cautious when dealing with transmission fluid. Dispose of drained fluid properly. Bear in mind that: One drop of transmission fluid can contaminate 1000 liters of drinking water.
