Pump Injector Unit
NOTE:
Cylinder bank 1 is located in direction of travel, right.
Cylinder bank 2 is located in direction of travel, left.
Always replace sealing rings and O-rings
- 20 Nm + 1/4 additional turn (90 °)
- replace
- Observe sequence for loosening and tightening, removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit
- Lock nut
- Adjustment bolt
- Replace with each separation from ball pin
- Rocker arm axle
- With rocker arm
- Removing and installing, removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit
- Check ball pins for traces of wear, replace if necessary, removing and installing Pump-Injector Unit
- Tension block
- 12 Nm + 3/4 additional turn (270 °)

- Removing and installing
- Check Pump-Injector Unit valves PUMP INJECTOR UNIT, CHECKING
Cylinder bank 1:
- Valve for pump/injector, cylinder 1 -N240- * to Valve for pump/injector, cylinder 5 -N244- *
Cylinder bank 2:
- Valve for pump/injector, cylinder 6 -N245- * to Cylinder 10 Pump/Injector -N306- *
- O-ring
