Door Windows

Subframe, Convertible

• Door lock and loudspeaker are secured to subframe.

• Door lock can only be removed in conjunction with subframe.

Removing

- Remove front door trim.

- Remove lock cylinder housing. Refer to => [ Lock Cylinder Housing ] Front Door.

- Unclip clip - 1 - from door handle.





- Remove bolts - 1 -. Tightening specification: 20 Nm





- Unclip wiring harness and disconnect harness connectors - arrows -.





- Remove bolts - 1 -, - 3 - and nut - 2 -. Remove upper subframe from door, lift and lift out from door toward hinge side of door.

- Rotate subframe and disconnect harness connector from door lock.





- Pull wiring harness through subframe.

- Then, unclip clips for electrical wires from rear side of subframe.

Installing

- Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
