CLIMATRONIC Heater And A/C Unit

  1. Central Air Door Motor -V70- 
  2. Left Temperature Door Motor -V158- 
  3. Defroster Door Motor -V107- 
  4. Bracket 
  5. Screws 
    • Bolts must be unscrewed to separate air distributor and evaporator housing.
  6. Cover 
  7. Recirculation Door Motor -V113- 
  8. Air Flow Door Motor -V71- 
  9. Housing For Air Entry 
    • With fresh air and recirculation door.
    • With air flow door (Climatronic).
    • Removing and installing, refer to AIR INTAKE HOUSING .
  10. Upper Section Of Evaporator Housing 
  11. Lower Section Of Evaporator Housing 
  12. Evaporator 
  13. Evaporator Vent Temperature Sensor -G263- or Evaporator Temperature Sensor -G308- 
  14. Connection For Glove Compartment Cooling 
  15. Coolant Hose For Glove Compartment Cooling 
  16. Fresh Air Blower -V2- with Fresh Air Blower Control Module -J126- 
    • Cannot be replaced separately.
    • The fresh air blower control module -J126- and thefresh air blower -V2- are a single unit.
    • Removing and installing, refer to FRESH AIR BLOWER -V2- .
  17. Dust and Pollen Filter 
  18. Cover 
    • For dust and pollen filter.
  19. Heater Core 
  20. Heater Core Trim 
  21. Right Temperature Door Motor -V159- 
  22. Auxiliary Heater Heating Element -Z35- 
    • Only installed on vehicles with Diesel engine.
  23. Junction Box
