The following components are located inside the instrument cluster:
- Instrument Cluster Control Module -J285-
- Anti-Theft Immobilizer Control Module -J362-
- Speedometer -G21-
- Tachometer -G5-
- Fuel Gauge -G1-
- Coolant Temperature Gauge -G3-
- Multifunction indicator
- Indicator lamps, refer to INDICATOR LAMP SYMBOLS, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER .
To audibly support the visual displays of the instrument panel insert, the Instrument Cluster Control Module -J285- activates a warning buzzer.
All control lamps are equipped with Light-Emitting Diodes (LEDs). Servicing the instrument cluster is not planned. In the event of malfunctions, the complete instrument cluster must be replaced. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REPLACING .
The Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- is not part of the instrument cluster. Refer to Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- .
