AGM Battery, Checking

In order to prevent damage to the battery or vehicle, observe battery type descriptions and notes. Refer to => [ AGM Battery ] AGM Battery.

Perform Battery Checks In The Following Sequence:

- Visual inspection. Refer to => [ Battery, Inspecting ] Battery, Inspecting

- Battery testing, refer to VAS 6161 => [ Battery, Testing ] Battery Tester VAS 6161 or Midtronics => [ Battery, Testing ] Midtronics Battery Tester.

- Depending on the result of the battery test, perform a current draw test. Refer to => [ Current Draw Test ] Current Draw Test
