Service inspection interval 2005

The sequence of the individual service positions has been tested and optimized. Therefore they should be adhered to, to prevent unnecessary work interruptions. 

NOTE:
  • Inform the customer of the repair measures required if a problem is detected during service work.
  • Ask customer whether new wiper blades should be fitted and if they require Windshield Clear G 052 164  (cleaner and freeze protection) in the windshield washer system.
  • Removing and installing engine compartment trim (noise insulation tray) → Lower engine cover (noise insulation): Removing and installing 

Intervals for interval service inspection → Service tables .

NOTE:
  • If interval service procedures were performed at least 10,000 km before the 60,000 km inspection, the procedures do not have to be performed again in the 60,000 km inspection.
  • The work for "Interval Service" are marked with a footnote * See footnote .
