Transverse Acceleration Sensor and Rotation Rate Sensor, Removing and Installing

Transverse Acceleration Sensor G200 and Rotation Rate Sensor G202 are installed in one housing. It is located under the center console extension or under the rear seat bench.

Installing 

CAUTION: Strong vibrations can destroy the sensor for transverse acceleration /rotational rate..

When installing sensor for transverse acceleration / sensor for rotation rate make sure it is correctly seated in its mounting and is free of stress.

Do not use the securing nuts to forcibly position the sensor for transverse acceleration / sensor for rotation rate.
