Navigation System with CD Drive Control Module, removing and installing: Removing:

• Open glove compartment.

• Unclip cover caps - arrows  - left and right on device.
• Insert V 160 release tools into release openings until they engage.

• Pull out CD drive using grip eyes on release tool.

NOTE:

• The release tool V 160 must not be pushed to the side or tilted during procedure.
• To remove the release tool, press side locking lugs inside of CD drive.

• Disconnect harness connectors - arrows  -.

NOTE:

• Fiber-optic cable for fiber-optic ring bus cannot be repaired at this time. It must be completely replaced if faulty. Replacing fiber-optic cable, → Fiber-optic cable, replacing
