Instrument Cluster

NOTE:

Prior to replacing the instrument cluster, perform the procedure INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, REPLACE  to check the data stored in the control module.

Removal 

-- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

NOTE:

It is not necessary to remove the steering wheel.

-- Pull steering wheel all the way out and lock it in the lowest position.

-- Remove upper section of steering column trim. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove mounting bolts -arrows- of instrument cluster.

-- Pull the instrument cluster back out of the instrument panel while being careful of the connected wires.

-- Tilt the bracket -1- in the -direction of the arrow- and disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Take the instrument cluster out of the vehicle.

Installation 

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
