Cd Changer -R41-
WARNING:
Prior to working on the electrical system:
- Obtain the radio system anti-theft code.
- Switch off all electrical consumers.
- Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.
- Disconnect the battery. Refer to Removal and Installation .
The preparation for the CD changer is installed at the factory.
Installation locations:
- Model year 1998 (in the luggage compartment), refer to MODEL YEAR 1998, INSTALLING .
- MY 1999 to 07.02 (inside the luggage compartment), refer to MY 1999 THROUGH FEB. 2007, INSTALLING .
- Starting 08.02 (inside the center console), refer to CD CHANGER -R41- IN CENTER CONSOLE
The wiring and preparation for the CD changer optional equipment are pre-installed during production. Refer to CD CHANGER -R41- .
