  1. Connector
    • 4 pin
  2. Ignition coil with power output stage (-N70-, -N127-, -N291-, -N292-)
  3. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
  4. Spark plug. 30 Nm
  5. Connector
    • Contacts gold plated
    • Part -A- :

      3 pin

      Brown for knock sensor 1 -G61- and black forknock sensor 2 -G66-

    • Part -B- :

      2 pin

      Black for knock sensor 1 -G61- and knock sensor 2 -G66-

  6. 20 Nm
    • Tightening specifications affect function of Knock Sensor (KS)
  7. Knock Sensor (KS) 1 -G61-
    • Component location ENGINE BLOCK AND COMPONENTS OVERVIEW
    • Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
    • The knock sensor and cylinder block contact surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
  8. Knock Sensor (KS) 2 -G66-
    • Component location ENGINE BLOCK AND COMPONENTS OVERVIEW
    • Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
    • The knock sensor and cylinder block contact surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
  9. Connector
    • 3 pin
    • For Hall sender -G40-
  10. 10 Nm
  11. Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor -G40-
  12. 25 Nm
  13. Washer
  14. Hood
    • For Hall sender -G40-
    • Observe installed location
  15. Ground wire
    • Do not loosen or tighten unless ignition is switched off
  16. 10 Nm
    • Do not loosen or tighten unless ignition is switched off
