Front Fender Assembly Overview

NOTE:

Overview describes removal and installation of front bumper for vehicles through 06.05. The removal and installation is, except for minor differences, based on vehicles from 07.05.

The fender is a component of the front section and is removed collectively with the front section. Refer to FRONT SECTION ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

Observe tightening sequence of bolts -2-, -4-, -7- to ensure surface alignment and joint.

- Removing:
  -- Remove the front headlamp. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  
  -- Remove the front section, refer to FRONT SECTION ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

- Installing:
  -- Apply the anti-friction film to the contact area before attaching the front section and check the condition of the previous anti-friction film, refer to -item -.
