If you receive an error when performing a Software Version Management Update using GFF, try to run a different carline's test plan. For instance, select a Passat 1.8T instead of a Beetle 1.8T test plan in GFF. Continue to use the same Unit Code (example 30XX) as you would for your vehicle.
