When updating software on-line using the Adapting Software test plan, the fault 800.11 may be received. This indicates that the wrong vehicle may have been selected in Guided Fault Finding (e.g. Jetta when working on a Passat). Exit GFF and ensure the correct vehicle is selected. The flash should go through after re-selecting.
