No communication. Data reception by Engine Control module (ECT) via CAN-Bus not OK. Possible effect may be functions of systems connected to CAN-Bus not OK.

• Read measuring Value Block. See READ MEASURING VALUE BLOCK (FUNCTION 08)  .
• Check DTC memory of Engine Control Module and repair malfunctions if necessary. See appropriate ENGINE PERFORMANCE article.
• Check CAN-Bus to Engine Control Module (ECM) according to wiring diagram. See ENGINE PERFORMANCE in SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article under ELECTRICAL.
