Windshield, removing

Remove front wiper arms (M8 nuts).

Tightening torque: 20 N.m (15 ft lb)

Loosen screw heads -1- several turns (tension taken off of clip) and pull out together with clip.
Remove seal -3- and remove plenum cover -4-.

Twist to remove inside rear-view mirror from adhesive plate.
Remove wind protection trim. See REAR WINDOW, INSTALLING .
Remove A-pillar trim. See A-PILLAR TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
