Satellite Radio -R146-

WARNING:

Prior to working on the electrical system:

  • Obtain the radio system anti-theft code.
  • Switch off all electrical consumers.
  • Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.
  • Disconnect the battery. Refer to Removal and Installation .

The satellite radio is installed in the front passenger footwell -arrow-.

Removal 

-- Fold floor mat -1- back -arrows- until the satellite radio -2- is accessible.

-- Remove bracket -1-.

-- Disconnect antenna connectors -1- at the satellite radio.

-- Disconnect harness connectors -2- on the satellite radio.

-- Remove cable bracket -3- from the bracket -arrow-.

-- Remove screws -4-.

Installation 

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

Tightening Specifications: satellite radio 4 Nm, bracket 9 Nm.
