CONDITION

Spark plug connectors or ignition wires damaged by not using the correct tool for removal.

SERVICE

Whenever spark plug connectors or ignition wires must be removed:

Always remove using spark plug connector tool number T10029. See Fig 1 .

CAUTION: Damage can occur to connectors or ignition wires by pulling ignition wires off by hand or by using incorrect tools such as 3277 or 3277A.
NOTE: Tools 3277 and 3277A were discontinued and Dealers were advised that these tools were to be scrapped via: Tools - Equipment Service Circular V98-09 dated 13-Nov-98.

Warranty claims for spark plug connectors or ignition wires found to be damaged by pulling ignition wires off by hand or by using an incorrect tool will be rejected.
