If you've updated your Scan Tool recently and are having difficulty performing on-line adaptations, reload the "URL" Update CD. Perform an on-line system test to confirm that you have an internet connection AND that "GeKo" recognizes your Scan Tool. Be absolutely sure that system voltage is between 12.9 and 13.9 volts BEFORE attempting to perform an adaptation. Attach a full size battery charger if necessary.
